Ever eaten Shabushi? I must admit the first time I had it I was skeptical. Raw food moving around a travelator in a sushi style restaurant. And all they give you is a bowl of water on a stove? Sounds crazy right?
Anyway, my thai girlfriend helped me out. Actually taking me there was her idea. Now I love it.
